Choose your regions and trailers, and how often we message you.

1. 1.Open your settings

   SETTINGS

   Your settings now: Regions: Northern Ireland, Scotland Trailers: Curtainsider, Fridge Load alerts: Instant (up to 15 a day) Sale messages: Daily round-up at 6pm The form opens blank: tick everything you want, then Save.

   Change your regions, trailers, alerts and sale messages.

   Open settings

   Or make one quick change:

   Quick changes: Add a region, Remove a region and Invoice details change one thing without the form. Typing ADD REGION, REMOVE REGION or INVOICE DETAILS does the same.

2. 2.Tick what you want and save

   Settings saved. Regions: Northern Ireland

   Instant alerts: up to 15 a day, the rest in an evening digest. Or choose the digest only, at 12pm and 6pm.
